Hello! If you are looking for a professional photographer, you have come to the right place. I have been photographing portraits since the year 2000 when I photographed my first wedding. It all started with my high school photography class and working on school yearbooks, followed by photography courses at Red River College, and developed into my career of choice. I love capturing moments in time to be enjoyed for a lifetime. I have many years of experience and I am passionate about what I do. I am committed to providing beautiful, timeless images. As a member of the Professional Photographers of Canada I have earned 16 accreditations, the designation of MPA (Master of Photographic Arts), and my Manitoba Fellowship (F.Ph.). I volunteered on the National Board for the association for 4 years as Treasurer and I participate in ongoing professional development by attending their education events. In 2025 I earned the designation of SPA (Service of Photographic Arts) for my volunteer work with the association.
On a more personal note, I have been married to my wonderful husband for over 26 years and I am the mother to one teenager and two young adults that make every day interesting and fun. I feel so abundantly blessed and thankful to God for the life that I get to live. I enjoy travel (especially visits to the ocean), a good cold Pepsi, shopping at Winners or Target, watching football, working out with my friends at Crossfit, home decorating, and warm summer days. I cherish time spent with close friends and family and try to maintain a healthy balance between work and life stuff. That is why I take limited sessions and make sure that I have all the energy and attention for each client that they deserve. So, if you are looking for a session in the fall (my busiest season), make sure to contact me early!
